HOW TO ATTEND

Bring the following:

1. Official WA State Medical Paper Recommendation
2. WA State ID

Paper Requirements for WA State Medicinal Marijuana Recommendations:

Recommendations are verified at the door. You must have the original paper copy of your recommendation to enter. Patient ID cards by themselves are not valid as patient identification at the Cannabis Farmers Markets. Please remember to bring your paper copy. Here is a picture of the correct paper for your reference:

If your recommendation is dated after June 10, 2010, it should be on this paper. If you have a question about your recommendation, please contact your Doctor to get your recommendation on the correct paper.

Patients Attending Cannabis Famers Markets

Get Your Raffle Tickets at each Cannabis Farmers Market for $2.00 each. There are 3 large gift baskets and several small gifts. Almost all of our vendors graciously donate medicine and gifts for the raffle. Sacred Plant Medicine and the Cannabis Farmers Markets Vendors have a basket valued over $250.00. The proceeds go towards helping a few special patients who deserve our help!

To reserve space at the Cannabis Farmers Markets you must complete and attach the form, you can download and print the form.  To reserve your spot in the market there will be a $250 donation.  If you reserve three weeks in advance you get to pick your spot in the market and have it held.  So by booking for 3 that is a 10% reduction in price(SAVE $$$).  There are absolutely no refunds for vending fees.  You may be rescheduled if you reserve a date and something comes up and you will be unable to attend.  We only have one size vending space, the space is approximately 4x4.  You are provided with one table and 2 chairs. 

All vending tables spaces are assigned on a lottery unless you are currently a vendor paying for monthly or quarterly advertising with us and then you are considered a sponsor and get pick of special sponsor tables.
